Following the recent announcement that Rygor Plant has added Dieci and Hyundai construction products to its customer offering, alongside Mecalac – the business is proud to announce the launch of brand-new, dedicated 24-hour support vehicles, designed to deliver rapid response to Rygor Plant customers across its entire network.
This strategic investment marks a further step in enhancing Rygor Plant’s aftersales support, offering the same high standards of aftersales service already delivered through the Group’s commercial division, and ensuring expert assistance is always on hand to Rygor Plant customers, when and where it’s needed most.
The Maxus Deliver 9 mobile service units are fully equipped to handle a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks (with bespoke workshop conversions completed by Bott UK) and reduce the need for equipment to be taken off-site for servicing and repairs, ultimately maximising uptime for customers. Additionally, the new mobile provision is backed by Rygor Plant’s growing team of dedicated mobile plant technicians, ensuring Rygor Plant can provide fast, flexible and knowledgeable back-up to customers whenever it’s needed.
Rygor Plant aftersales manager, Andy Sprawson, said: “Rygor Plant is a business that’s continuing to expand, and that growth is driven by the excellent customer service our team delivers every day. From our Swindon hub, our customers benefit from Rygor Plant’s wide-reaching coverage – including our new 24-hour vehicles, fully stocked parts provision, and expert sales and aftersales support. We are proud to supply customers with the equipment and expertise they need to succeed.”
Rygor Plant’s new 24-hour support vehicles have been supplied by Rygor Auto (part of Rygor Group Ltd.) a collaboration that reinforces the company’s joined-up customer experience across all its divisions. This internal partnership highlights the strength of Rygor Group’s integrated approach, where expert teams work together to provide seamless, one stop shop solutions, to all construction equipment operators.
Rish Channa, commercial director at Rygor Plant, said: “As a Group, we cover a vast geographical area throughout the UK, via our 17 locations. Keeping our customers’ machines operating and their businesses successful is absolutely critical to us, and this new investment is all about enhancing that promise to our plant customers.
“These 24-hour support vehicles are more than just service vans – they’re an extension of our team’s knowledge and experience, bringing skilled technicians and essential tools directly to the site, day or night. It’s about efficiency, convenience and reducing costly downtime. Whether our customers are operating Hyundai excavators, Mecalac dumpers or Dieci telehandlers, they can trust that our expert team will be there to support them around the clock.”
The launch of the new 24-hour vans aligns with Rygor Plant’s ongoing focus on service innovation and building long-term partnerships with customers, ensuring peace of mind and continuous performance on the job.
