Rygor is proud to celebrate one‑year of its dedicated Career Hub, an online resource designed to support jobseekers at every stage of their career. Since launching last year, the Hub has attracted more than 14,000 views and 13,000 unique visitors, reflecting its growing popularity and real added-value for those looking to develop their skills and confidence in the job market.
Over the past 12 months, the Career Hub has become a well-utilised resource. In particular, the CV Support section and Interview Tips pages continue to be standout favourites, helping candidates prepare effectively for applications, interviews, and virtual hiring processes. These resources offer practical guidance on everything from structuring CVs, practising interview techniques, and developing skills to excel in the job market.
The Hub goes beyond job application guidance. Visitors can also access content designed to support their wellbeing during their job search, including tips on handling rejection, as well as information about apprenticeship opportunities. The Career Hub also showcases the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, featuring the latest edition of its Women in Automotive Journal, which celebrates the stories, achievements, and career journeys of women across the automotive sector.
The site also includes a dedicated video from recruiter, Louis Cordice of Core 3, providing insight into what employers look for and how candidates can stand out in a competitive market.

In fact, 23% of Rygor applicants last year said they used the Careers Hub to help them with their application and of those hired who used, there is 100% retention rate. What’s more, use of the Career Hub in applications reduced application to hire time by nearly 8%.
